Oluwaseun is a seasoned executive with over 16 years of leadership experience across the real estate development, infrastructure, telecommunications, and industrial construction sectors. As the Chief Operating Officer of Smart & Precise Limited, he brings a rare blend of deep technical engineering expertise, strategic operational leadership, and financial acumen to drive excellence across the company's real estate portfolio.

Real Estate Sector Leadership

Throughout his career, Oluwaseun has been instrumental in delivering some of Nigeria's most distinguished real estate developments. His real estate leadership track record includes:

  • Luxury Residential Developments, Mixed-Use & Commercial Developments, Large-Scale Housing Projects

  • In his recent role as Head of Projects at Alphabait Realty Limited, he managed a real estate portfolio exceeding $150 million, established a centralized Project Management Office (PMO), improved decision-making speed by 30%, and maintained budget adherence above 98%.

  • Beyond real estate, Oluwaseun’s executive experience includes senior leadership roles at Huawei Technologies, where he managed nationwide telecom infrastructure rollouts including the Galaxy Backbone Network and Safe City projects; at Dangote Cement, where he supervised the construction of two 6,000 tonnes/day cement mega-plants alongside international contractors (Sinoma) and expatriate management; and at CCECC, where he began his engineering career on major highway infrastructure projects.
